💡Bare idea

How did we come up with our idea?

After completing another project, which as always took up a lot of different resources, we decided to think about how we can simplify and reduce all costs, starting from the budget and ending with the time to search and create something. First of all, I wanted to find employees to create a project that would be vetted: I mean that these employees will initially by nature have a sense of finishing all the little things, as well as the built-in turbine of an aircraft, some kind of military fighter jet. The second point, I would like to see creative and non-standard solutions from marketers, designers and writers, so that we can at least differ not only in the idea of the project, but also in the approach to its development and promotion. So that every user, participant or customer would say wow and be genuinely impressed and involved in the content or product. Third, and most importantly in my opinion, if there are all the people from the previous items, then where to take those loyal subscribers, who originally located to the project itself and will not be some massoko, which will only create views. In a word, intelligent and mature audience for the project.

Of course, you can't do it for free or without putting in the effort. Just the idea that there is an opportunity to create such a full-scale community gives a huge number of opportunities for topics and others: developers and participants. So my team and I decided to create such a community, at least on the developer side, in order to have a resource for ourselves to create and maintain new and existing projects.

It all started quite simply. Groups and channels on Twitter, Telegram and WhatsApp, strange as it may seem. As time went on, our own groups began to grow quietly, and engagement was lacking. As it is logical that everyone wants career growth, and just growth and development. Therefore, not all people participated in the project due to their personal occupation, some began to leave as they had already gained some experience and could occupy higher positions. We came up with the idea of creating mini groups between these people, that is how it happens in companies. That is, a manager and his subordinates, and this kind of structure is like a hierarchy tree, which helps maintain efficiency and in which you don't have to find out information from each person, you just have to ask or ask the right question to the most senior manager and the answer comes back.

If it's possible to deal with the leadership of development teams, how do you do it with the marketing team to increase efficiency. Marketing is such a kind of niche in which a lot is tied up in dating, advertising, creatives, and the temporary expectation of something. Of course, if we're talking about targeting or simple ad buying, it's pretty simple, but here we are talking about a point-by-point promotion technique that depends on certain factors and the skill of adjusting to these parameters. That is, you need to come up with a different system of hierarchy and define the metric of job promotion for each individual employee. We're talking about IT products and different technologies being developed, whether it's websites, marketplaces, blockchains, or simply promoting a personal brand on instagram.

What then to do with the audience? The easiest thing to come up with here is an overflow of the audience from previous projects, until that audience dies out. This approach is not new, the most popular and currently used in all existing projects. I would call this tactic "milking the golden cow dry". And now what if we assume that it is possible to make an organic growth audience, where they call each other themselves, with minimal advertising costs and the most important thing that requires well-described creative and whitepaper with roadmap. To do something like this, you need to come up with a tool, a product, a platform to implement this idea, which will exist and develop independently without interference. These were once Crew3 (Zealy now), Galxe, various lunchpads on blockchains, marketplaces, crypto social networks and many others, but what if all these types of platforms combine into a single platform and build a closed system where developers will do projects that allow people and themselves to earn. So why do you need it when you have it by itself and can just use it? When a bear market or any other economic or world factors start, such platforms, because of their inactivity and deadness, can only say one thing: "sorry, it's market conditions".

The main solution to all this will be a first comprehensive all-in-one platform with all the solutions to create projects that, when pressed by external factors, will have the ability to generate products and earnings for all members of the platform in connection with its circulation.
